Tuesday, March 30th

Today I felt pretty good. Tony and I had snatch and jerks today. The workout was as follows:

Snatch

Jerk

1X3@155

The lifts felt good. The jerks was about all I had. I will probably have to stay around that weight for another week at least. We did snatches for the first time in awhile and they felt pretty damn good. 115 is more than I have done before. I will do some core movements in BodySculpt tonight and then rest the remainder of the day.
