I was about as motivated as a sea turtle today. This is why you have workout partners though. We sucked it up, and got things done. The workout felt okay, but Tony, Lucas, and my hands are all pretty beated up. Blisters and calices broken open. Band-aids and tape will get us through it though ha. Resting the remainder of the day, then back at it tomorrow.
