Tuesday, May 4th

Continuing to find PRs this week, today was front and back squats

Back Squat - 255lbs
Front Squat - 225lbs

Back Squat Strength Work:
1 x 8 @ 185
1 x 6 @ 205
1 x 5 @ 225

Today was light to say the least. There were not a whole lot of sets in my strength work and no METcon. I was happy with my front squat, back squat I am disappointed with, but I will just keep working.
