Monday, May 3rd

Ok, so I haven't taken a week off of my workouts, but I have just been lazy on my blog. Today, I am getting back onto my diet, I have strayed away from the narrow path on that one. Also, this week I am PRing on everything, today started with Bench. I PRed first and then the did my strength workout afterwords.

Fran, is the worst METcon ever invented. I was dry heaving after this workout. It starts with 21 squat thrusters, then 21 pull-ups, 15 squat thrusters, 15 pull-ups, 9 squat thrusters, 9 pull-ups. In theory it doesn't sound so bad, but it is. My bench press felt pretty good, I am finally back to where I was before my wrist was messed up. I might do some core in BodySculpt tonight, resting after that.
